    One page profiles

    In preparation for transition to Olchfa I would like you to update your one page profiles using the following headings: 

    What people like and admire about me

    What is important to me

    What is important for me

    How best to support me

    I would like you to collaborate with your parent/s/guardians and consider that these profiles will be read by people who have never met you or don't know anything about you. Be as detailed and specific as possible. They will only be seen by teachers and so personal worries/concerns will always be treated with respect and confidentiality. 

    Please can you complete them using an online tool and decorate to reflect your personality. A photo of yourself would be a wonderful way for staff in Olchfa to begin to get to know you better. 

    Design an activity that we could use in school to help promote positive well-being and mindfulness. 

    How could we integrate an activity/activities into our timetable to help reduce anxiety, stress and worries? 

    Some activities that have been proven to help promote mindfulness are: 

    Yoga

    Colouring

    Meditation

    Monday 10th October is World Mental Health Day. 

    The theme is 'Make mental health and well-being for all a global priority.'
