        Pembrey Country Park - Tubing

        You will need to wear: 

        • Comfy clothing (make sure you bring clothing to cover your arms and legs whilst tubing)
        • Trainers/enclosed shoes
        • Hat (if sunny)

        You will need to bring: 

        • Packed lunch 
        • Water bottle
        • Towel for the beach (not essential) 
        • You may wish to apply sun cream before leaving the house as we will be outside for the duration of the day
