We've got stuck in to Challenge Week this week, learning all about forces! We've learned about gravity, friction and air resistance.

Can you make a parachute for one of your toys/figures?

You can use any material to make your parachute - some ideas are paper, coffee filters or plastic bags,

Some questions to guide you:

• What happens if you make a larger or smaller parachute?
• What happens if you change the shape of the parachute?
• What happens if you hang a heavier or lighter object in the parachute?
• What happens if you make a hole in the middle of the parachute?

You'll need to drop it from somewhere high to create drag. Be careful with this!
