You will need to wear:

  • Swimsuit - wear underneath your clothes as you will be putting a wetsuit on top
  • Comfy clothing - to make it easier to change 
  • Trainers
  • Hat (if it is sunny)
  • Sun cream

 

You will need to bring: 

  • Towel/dryrobe/poncho towel
  • Flip flops/sliders to wear next to the water
  • Underwear
  • Spare clothes (light clothing that can fold up easily)
  • Carrier bag - to put any wet items into
  • Packed lunch
  • Water bottle
