Year 3 

Welsh – Your challenge is to write an acrostic poem about WALES/CYMRU( it can be written in English or Welsh)

Success criteria:

• Wales or Cymru must be displayed clearly on the poem
• It must be bright and colourful
• It must reflect what Wales means to you (e.g. beautiful beaches/countryside, wildlife, music, rugby)
• You can decorate it using any material you wish
• You could create a collage and use natural materials

This will be a competition and there will be one winner from each Year group. The winner will be decided by a guest judge! All homework should be brought back by Monday 28^th February.  Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you need any further clarification on
