Week 1
Dear parents/guardians,
Welcome back for the second half of Spring Term! This week we have been busy with World Book Day, Saint David's Day and Language week celebrations. The children enjoyed learning some Welsh dancing, a sign language song and did some observational daffodil art. We acted out the story of the red dragon on the outdoor stage. The children even leaned a little bit of Polish! The children looked fantastic their costumes today, we played guess who by writing 3 clues about character and sharing them with the class. In math we started learning about odd and even numbers and counting in 2s.
For homework this week please can you go on an outdoors walk and look out for signs of Spring. Please take some pictures and send them to me via email FrancisN19@hwbcymru.net.
