• Our third Lottery Winner!

  A £20 lottery win for Mr Glenn Evans - congratulations! • First School Lottery winner!

  Congratulations to Mrs Chriswick, our first winner of the school lottery draw! She has won £20!!! From the first week, £17.50 has gone into the school fund (76% of the money raised from ticket sales goes to the school and the winner!), but don't forget the more tickets that are sold the bigger the cash prize!

• Shade Canopy Update.

  During the Christmas break the seating and slabbed area has been replaced with a resin compound for drainage and artificial grass so the area can be used all year round. 

  

• RSPB Big Schools 'Birdwatch 2021

  We are once again supporting the RSPB this year with some pupils taking part in The Big Schools' Birdwatch this week as part of their home school learning activities. The Big Schools' Birdwatch is a simple bird survey for pupils to take part in and enjoy.

  The results also contribute to Big Garden Birdwatch – the world's largest wildlife survey. The Big Schools Birdwatch is an annual event that takes place January to February.

  Following last night’s announcement by the Welsh Government, all schools, colleges and independent schools will move to online learning until January 18^th.  The position on childcare remains unchanged and schools will look to provide a service to our most vulnerable children and those key workers that have no other option available to them from 6 January onwards. This provision should only be accessed as a last resort and wherever possible pupils should remain home.

   

  All schools will provide remote learning from Wednesday 6 January.

   

  Additional payments or food parcels will be provided for learners entitled to free school meals during the period of home learning.
