Welcome back!

Our new theme this term is ‘Earth Matters’. This week the children have used ‘Padlet’ to complete E.P.I.C planning. They enjoyed sharing what they already knew about our topic and what they would like to find out. A friendly aileen called ‘Zog’ crash landed in Cila this week and has been asking lots of questions about planet Earth. We have been busy creating our own newspapers to let other classes know about Zog. We have been reading ‘Here We Are’ by Oliver Jeffers as a basis for our learning. The children loved looking at GoogleEarth to explore different continents and countries.  For homework this week please explore GoogleEarth. Can the children find their house? Can they find their favourite places? Can they find Cila Primary?
