Homework 1st October

Dear Parents/Guardians, 

We have had a busy week this week learning about our rights. We learned that we have a right to a name. The children named our class butterflies Turbo, Scales, Happy, Sharon and Flutter. The children made sure that the butterflies had healthy food and water and made shopping lists in class of food a butterfly might like. The children enjoyed reading to the butterflies in the reading area and showing them things that they had made in the creative area. We spoke about what freedom meant and why it was important that the butterflies had space to move and fly. We enjoyed singing along to the YouTube video below:
