Dear Parents/Guardians,
This week we have been looking at different stories and how stories are written, we have looked at different ways to start and end a story. We have also been looking into the different language we may use to write a story. We have been working on our Welsh language this week and have been practicing the sentence pattern of I went and using the past tense in Welsh . In maths this week we have been looking at directions language, positions, movements and rotations. We have also been using directions to help us with map work and treasure hunting! We have been using JIT5 to control and code directions for different characters.
For homework, please could you continue to design a plant pot and plant a flower or flowers into it ready to decorate the outside of our classroom for the Wales in Bloom competition. Please could these still be brought in on Friday the 30th of June so they can be set up ready for this years competition!
