We will be supporting the Wales Air Ambulance Coffee and Cake event on Thursday 27th March 2025 between 2pm and 3pm, to celebrate their 24th anniversary.
They are asking people across Wales and beyond to 'get together' and host a Coffee and Cake party to raise money to support their work. The Wales Air Ambulance delivers advanced lifesaving medical care to people across Wales 24/7. They are the only air ambulance charity, based in, and dedicated to, the people of Wales and rely entirely on charitable donations to raise £11.2 million every year to keep the helicopters in the air and fleet of rapid response vehicles on the road.
The Charity was formed on St. David’s Day, 1 March 2001 and operates from bases across Wales. Since its inception, the Charity has completed over 49,500 missions and is on standby to attend those suffering a life or limb-threatening injury or illness.
We would be very grateful of any donations of cakes to support this event, which can be brought to school from Monday March 24th. We hope that you will be able to join us.
