A big thank you to Mr and Mrs Morgans who joined our Harvest celebrations on Friday to present the school with a defibrillator. They have worked so hard to raise money for 'Cariad' (C. cardiac A. arrest R. resuscitation I. instruction A. automated D. defibrillators) and allow Cila to be lucky enough to have a defibrillator in school. They raised £700 by successfully completing the Cardiff Half Marathon as well as other fundraising events. A big thank you to those who supported in this aswell helping raise £192.74 in the loose change challenge. Mr Anthony Hamilton-Shaw from Cariad also joined the celebrations and the Year 5/6 and Year 3/4 pupils were lucky enough to have defibrillator training.
